Artistic Description/ Biography:  Alexis Clements was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and has devoted nearly twenty years to the study of photographic theory and practice. Additionally, she has been teaching at the college level for ten years. Alexis is especially interested in the relationship where words and images converge and where memories become mythologies.
