Landscape Maintenance Helpers Needed $14 - $16/hr (Crew Leader positions also available with applicable experience that pay more $17 – $20+/hr) Weeding, Mulching, Trimming Bushes, Planting Spring & Fall flowers, plus other Landscape Maintenance work. Experience is great - but we do offer training to those with no experience. Any interest in creative flower planting & design is a plus. Landscape Helpers Needed $14 - $16/hr depending on work experience (Crew Leader positions also available $16 - $20+/hr with applicable experience) We’re looking for candidates who have a love for outdoor work: planting trees, shrubs, flowers, installing creative & cool landscapes with boulders, rock pathways, plants, gravel and mulch. Must be willing to sweat, get dirty and work hard even if it’s cold, wet, hot, or beautiful and sunny. Heavy lifting and pushing 50 - 100lb + wheelbarrows are part of the daily work routine. Nursey & Landscape Maintenance Position $15 - $18/hr to start depending on applicable experience. We can train you as needed. Hand-pulling and Spraying Weeds, Trimming shrubs & trees, as well as Deadheading Flowers. Potting & Growing Plants in Greenhouse or Nursery. Irrigation work, maintenance, and repairs. Spraying pesticides and roundup for pest and weed control. Computer skills for printing price tags, ordering plants and spreadsheet Database. Knowledge about Plants is needed. Full Time Position is Needed, but hours are flexible. Along with your Nursery responsibility you will also be expected to go out and do Landscape or Maintenance Work at our Customers jobs from time to time. Description:  Myron Royce Gardens Inc. located in Christian County, MO is seeking 7 Landscaping & Groundskeeping workers from 3-1-2025 to 10-30-2025. This is a Temp/FT position, 40hrs/wk, 7am to 4pm (Varies). Duties include installation of plants, trees and shrubbery, watering plants & lawns, plant transplanting, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Duties may also include sod laying, mowing, trimming/pruning trees, shrubs, and plants. Workers may gather and remove litter and operate powered equipment and drive company vehicles to customer locations. Requirements: Must be able to lift 80lbs., repetitive movements, extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping, exposure to extreme temperatures. Wage will be $17.48/hr. OT will be available as needed. OT rate of pay is at least $26.22/hr. No housing provided. No on the job training provided. Tools, equipment & daily transportation to worksite provided at no cost. Transportation(including meals & to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
